Circuit Training, Upper Body
Circuit training for the upper body is a series of exercises that are designed to help you build muscle while giving you a cardiovascular effect. It combines resistance and strength training and also challenges your heart and lungs. Many upper body circuit training exercises are comprised of the bench press, pull-ups, bicep curls, tricep extensions, sit-ups, crunches, and a stretching session.
